it's a grove thing!

The Grove

The Grove is an outdoor entertainment and shopping center located off Fairfax Ave and Third St right behind CBS Television City. This year it is celebrating its 10th Anniversary, cheers to that! The Grove is also host to the television show, Extra TV.
Visiting The Grove provides for a fabulous LA experience.

It is known as the "ultimate shopping destination." Not only does this center host upsacle stores such as Nordstrom, Jimmy Choo, Michael Kors, Barneys New York CO-OP but also Nike, MAC Cosmetics, Banana Republic and GAP. It also includes American Girl Place, Barnes and Nobles, and Apple. With a variety of stores, this center is sure to please everyone.

The Grove's restaurants includes chains like The Cheesecake Factory, Marmalade Cafe, and Maggiano's Little Italy. It also includes local restaurants such as The Whisper Lounge and The Farm of Beverly Hills.

The Farmer's Market also includes an array of eateries and shops. The Farmer's Market is located on the opposite end of the center from Nordstrom. The stores so many items, just to name a few there is fresh poultry, fresh steaks, freshly made pasta, magazines, old carnival game toys, coffee, fresh veggies and fruit, and hot sauce!
Fresh Fruit & Veggies

Moo!!

Yes, it reads Chicken FEET.

Extra TV tapes most of its shows at The Grove. I happened to be there the day they tapped an episode with Suzanne Somers. Extra TV films in the center park and various little spots around the musical fountain. We were pretty much begged

to be part of its 'audience' that particular day. Was told that when Mario Lopez isn't hosting they apparently have less of an audience, also that he is more uptight on security. So it was a nice easy taping this day, thank goodness!

All in all The Grove can provide for a great food, shopping and entertainment!
